& RIP-OUT
We protect all floors, arrange the delivery of materials and a skip, then carefully remove your existing bathroom or kitchen ready for the renovation to begin.
PLUMBING, ELECTRICS & PREP
We carry out all first-fix plumbing and electrics, along with boarding, plastering, ceiling work and tanking where required.
FULL INSTALLATION & FITTING
Your new bathroom or kitchen is installed, including units, appliances and your chosen suite with tiling and flooring completed to a very high standard.
DECORATING AND CLEAN UP
We complete all painting and decorating, remove the skip and carry out a final clean up - leaving you with a beautiful new bathroom or kitchen, ready to enjoy.

A few things you might be wondering.

Every project is different, so the timescale will depend on the size of the room and the work involved. Before your renovation begins, we'll provide a detailed written quotation including the expected timeframe and agreed start date, so you'll know what to expect from the outset.

During a full bathroom renovation, there will be periods when parts of the bathroom can't be used while plumbing, tiling and installation work takes place. We'll talk you through this before work begins and keep you updated throughout, so you know when facilities will and won't be available.

We understand how important this is! Wherever possible, we'll make sure you have access to a working toilet during your bathroom renovation. We'll discuss the practicalities with you before the work starts so you know exactly what to expect.

During a full kitchen renovation, there will be stages when your existing kitchen can't be used, particularly during the rip-out, plumbing, electrics and installation. We'll explain the schedule before we start and do our best to make the process as straightforward as possible while your new kitchen takes shape.

We'll take care of that too. As part of our complete kitchen and bathroom renovation service, we arrange the skip, remove the old fittings and materials, and dispose of the renovation waste, leaving everything clean and tidy when the work is complete.
